There are a plethora of different EPA laws that have been passed in order to assure that everything is up their high standards as far as environmental statistics that have to due with things that regard a healthy living environment. Many people adamantly believe that the EPA has way too many laws that they try to persistently enforce and in many accords their lawyers are simply just looking for a means to be able to sue companies that do not comply with their restricting laws. The EPA laws set the standard on what they believe should be the maximum amount of pollutants that are allowed to enter into the air. They also put high standards on the cleanliness of water and other things that affect both human existence as well as the environment as a whole. It's impossible to keep up with the lists of laws that the EPA keeps enforcing because there are so many. Even all of the lawyers that the EPA hires have to specialize in a specific law because of the abundance of regulations that the EPA has enforced. If you were ever pondering where things such as the clean air act as well as the
clear water act and other things of that nature are derived from, you can thank the EPA. They are given the governing hand over the way that we live our daily lives so to speak. If a business does not stick to the guidelines that the EPA sets forth that states how much emissions that it is allowed to release from their building, the business will be shut down until they have met the EPA's guidelines. If they fail to comply then the business is open to be able to be sued. One of the major abuses that the EPA laws have been taking an adamant advantage over is the mold lawsuits. Trial lawyers have been able to win these cases left and right. Mold is seen as something that is extremely hazardous to humans. If mold is found in a business or anywhere that a business owns the EPA has the right to sue the person that owns that business. Presently the EPA has utilized their tactics to their advantage. They have sued many property owners who have rented out their homes to tenants and they were not aware about the growth of mold in the home. And, surprisingly enough because the EPA is a federal ran agency they always manage to win all of their court cases without any ailments. There are also certain EPA laws that are enforced for hospitals and pretty much every where in the United States that has humans inhabiting or visiting a place. Many people believe that in many accounts the EPA may be going a little too far. |
